First, we built Array City 🏙️ — students colored buildings, added windows in array patterns, and wrote multiplication sentences to match their windows.
Next, we took a trip to the wild side with our Zoo Project 🦓🦒🐘. Students created animal habitats using arrays, then wrote both multiplication and repeated addition sentences to go with them. Once the habitats were set, they designed the rest of the zoo with walkways, bathrooms, and even a ticket booth! 🎟️
It’s been so fun to see how math skills can build entire cities and zoos when you put creativity and learning together. 💡

🏐🎉 It’s Game Day, Maroons! 🎉🏐
Clear your schedule—volleyball takes over the gym tonight!
5th Grade – 3:00
6th Grade – 4:00
7th Grade – 5:00

That’s five straight chances to clap, cheer, and maybe even lose your voice (worth it). 😉
🎨 Theme of the night: Maroon & Gray Night! So dig through your closet, grab your school colors, and let’s turn the gym into a sea of Maroon and Gray.
Bring the energy, grab some snacks, and your loudest “LET’S GO MAROONS!
